Linlithgow and East Falkirk is a county constituency of the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, created for use in the 2005 general election. It replaced most of Falkirk East and Linlithgow.

The constituency covers the eastern portion of the Falkirk council area and the western portion of the West Lothian council area.

The constituency was formed for the United Kingdom general election, 2005. It comprises communities from West Lothian and Falkirk burghs. These comprise Armadale, Avonbridge, Bathgate, Blackness, Blackridge, Boghall, Bo'ness, Brightons, Grangemouth, Greenrigg, Linlithgow, Philpstoun, Reddingmuirhead, Rumford, Slamannan, Torphichen, Westfield, Whitburn, and Whitecross.
